By using Trusted Interiors you agree to these terms. The site and its tools are provided free to help you plan an interiors project and, if you ask, to introduce you to a vetted interior professional. They offer general information, not professional design or trade advice, and you use them at your own discretion. Trusted Interiors is an independent information and introducer service; full company details will be confirmed before launch. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

By using this site you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update the site, its tools and these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service, the law or regulatory guidance. The version on this page applies to your use, and the "last reviewed" date shows when it last changed.

3. Who can use the site

This site is for UK residents aged 18 or over who are planning or researching an interiors project. If you submit an enquiry, you confirm that the details you give us are accurate and that you are entitled to provide them.

4. What we do and do not do

Trusted Interiors publishes information, guides, comparisons and tools about home interiors, and, where you ask, introduces you to a vetted interior professional or supplier. We do not carry out interiors work ourselves, we are not the provider of any product or service you go on to buy, and our content and tools are general information, not professional design, building or trade advice for your specific project.

5. Introductions

When you request to be matched, you consent to us passing your details to a relevant interior professional or supplier so they can contact you about your enquiry. That professional is responsible for the quote, contract and work they provide, on their own terms. We do not charge you for an introduction. We may receive a fee or commission from a professional if you go on to instruct them; this does not change what you pay them.

6. Information and tools

Our cost guides, calculators and comparisons are indicative and for general guidance. Prices, product details and availability vary by supplier, region and project, and can change. Always confirm current costs and specifications directly with a professional or supplier before you commit.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not submit false, misleading or unauthorised enquiries, or impersonate any person.
• Do not use the site for anything other than a genuine interiors enquiry.
• Do not scrape, copy, republish or resell our content commercially without written permission.
• Do not upload malware, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with the security or operation of the site.

8. Intellectual property

The content, branding, photography, data and design on Trusted Interiors are owned by, or licensed to, us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may quote brief extracts with clear attribution and a link back. Any other reproduction or commercial use requires our prior written permission.

9. Availability of the site

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. We may suspend, withdraw or change all or any part of the site, and any tool on it, without notice. The site and its tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss, or for loss of profit, savings or data; we are not liable for the work, products, acts or omissions of any professional or supplier you are introduced to; and our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the site is limited to £100.

You agree to indemnify us against any loss, claim or cost we incur as a result of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or any inaccurate or unauthorised information you submit through it.

12. Data protection

We handle personal data in line with UK data protection law. How we collect, use, share and protect your information, and your rights over it, are set out in our privacy policy.

13. Complaints

If you are unhappy with the Trusted Interiors service, please tell us through our contact page and we will look into it and respond. A complaint about the work, products or conduct of a professional or supplier should be raised with them directly, as they are responsible for what they provide.

14. General

If any provision of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remain in force. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. A person who is not a party to these terms has no rights to enforce them.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or your use of the site, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
